Your First Visit to Packer Chiropractic

New patients often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.

Make Yourself at Home

You’ll find plenty of convenient parking and a well-lit parking lot. You’ll be greeted by name when you enter our office and given a short tour to get you acquainted with our facilities.

If you have insurance, bring your insurance information with you so that we can do a complementary benefits check for you.

You also may want to bring a pair of sweatpants to wear during your examination.

After you’ve completed your admitting paperwork, you’ll meet Dr. Gene Packer.

We Explain Everything First

The purpose of your consultation with Dr Packer is to discuss your health history, issues and goals and to see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.

If I determine that you are not a good candidate for care at this office, I will immediately tell you and refer you to the appropriate health care provider. I will not accept you as a patient if I honestly do not feel I can help you. I only accept the most qualified people.

After your first visit is completed, two follow-up visits will be scheduled for you.

Patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!

Dr. Packer Asks some important questions of interest to Easton residents - Chiropractor Easton Dr. Packer Asks...

What is the purpose of pain?
Pain prompts many Easton folks to begin chiropractic care. But pain isn't the problem! Pain is just how your body alerts you that a limit has been reached (or exceeded), that something isn't working right and that some type of change is needed. As a chiropractor, my job is finding the underlying cause and recommending the changes needed to bring your body back into balance.
Is a muscle spasm a cause or an effect?
With the knee-jerk use of muscle relaxers, you'd think it was a cause. But it's an effect. Chiropractors know that bones don't move unless muscles move them. And muscles don't contract unless commanded by the nervous system. That's why your nervous system is the focus of our Easton chiropractic practice.
